This is an MP3 of my solo of “Jesus Netavovehone”, an indigenous Cheyenne hymn sung to NEW BRITAIN, at Fremont Baptist Church, Seattle, in morning worship on Sunday, March 14, 2010.

Here is the tune index from the 1911 Dakota Odowan,
for purposes of comparison with the 1868 one posted below: https://miahimnareto.files.wordpress.com/2010/09/do125-tunes.jpg
This is an unattributed tune (the text is attributed to Joseph Renville) with a Dakota tune name from the 1911 “Mandarin Chinese” (NOT!) Dakota Odowan. It says it is harmonized by James R. Murray (composer of MUELLER [Away in a manger] and NUN IST SIE ERSCHIENEN among many other tunes), who also harmonized the three tunes in the book that are labeled specifically as “Dakota Native Airs”: LACQUIPARLE, LA FRAMBOISE, and RENVILLE, all of which are thought to have been at least in part composed by Joseph Renville.
This is one of several tunes in the book that I think are probably as likely to be “Dakota Native Airs” as the three so designated.
